OpenNumber ("App", "we", "our", or "us") is developed and maintained by Pingal IT Solutions. We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting it. This Privacy Policy explains how OpenNumber handles information when you use the application.
OpenNumber is designed to help users start conversations in supported messaging applications without saving phone numbers to their device contacts. The App operates primarily on your device and is designed with privacy in mind.

OpenNumber does not collect, store, transmit, sell, rent, or share any personal information with Pingal IT Solutions or any third party.
The App does not collect:

- Email address
- Phone number
- Contact list
- Location data
- Device identifiers

2. How OpenNumber Works
OpenNumber allows users to enter a phone number and optionally a message, then open a supported messaging application such as WhatsApp, Telegram, Signal, SMS, or other compatible applications.
The information you enter is processed locally on your device solely for the purpose of opening the selected messaging application.
3. Local Storage
OpenNumber may store certain information locally on your device to provide core functionality. This may include:
- Favorite contacts created by you
- Recent history records
- Application preferences and settings
- Theme preferences (Light, Dark, or System)
This information is stored only on your device and is not transmitted to Pingal IT Solutions.
4. Data Sharing and Disclosure
We do not sell, trade, rent, share, or disclose your personal information because we do not collect personal information through the App.
OpenNumber does not transmit user-entered phone numbers, messages, favorites, or history data to our servers.
5. Third-Party Applications and Services
OpenNumber may open third-party applications at your request, including but not limited to:
- Telegram
- Signal
- SMS applications
- Other supported messaging applications installed on your device
Once you choose to open a third-party application, your interaction with that application is governed by its own privacy policy, terms, and data practices. We encourage you to review the privacy policies of those services.
6. Internet Connectivity
OpenNumber does not require a user account or cloud-based backend service to perform its primary functionality.
The App does not upload phone numbers, messages, favorites, history records, or other personal data to Pingal IT Solutions.
7. Permissions
OpenNumber requests only the permissions necessary to provide its functionality. The permissions requested may vary depending on your device, operating system version, and enabled features.
Any permission requested by the App is used solely for the intended feature and is not used for advertising, tracking, profiling, or analytics purposes.
8. Children's Privacy
OpenNumber is not directed toward children under the age of 13.
Since we do not collect personal information, we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
9. Data Security
We take privacy seriously and have designed OpenNumber to minimize data collection. Information stored by the App remains on your device under your control.
However, no device or software can guarantee absolute security. Users are responsible for maintaining the security of their own devices.
10. Your Choices
You may delete favorites, history records, and other locally stored data at any time through the App's settings and management features.
Uninstalling the App will generally remove App-related data from your device, subject to your device's operating system behavior.
